copy of result via Department GTU coordinator only
COMPLAIN OR REQUEST WILL  NOT CONSIDER REGARDING PENDING GRADE CARDS WITHOUT
PROPER CHANNEL( THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL GTU CO-ORDINATOR)
