We understand that downtime due to product failure can lose you customer revenue and it is vital
that your personnel are well trained on the product innovations we offer and that they have easy
access to spare parts when needed. To help you implement an effective spare parts solution for
your business and your customers we have reviewed the spare parts usage for the past 5 years
across all of our customer sites.
This has enabled us to identify a list of “recommended” spare parts as well as “available on
request” parts. The recommended parts are those parts most likely to need replacement and
without which the scale may not function properly. To ensure a responsive service for the food
retailer we advise that you hold stock of these.
We appreciate that each market is different in the way it manages customer demands and the
service model it offers. However to gauge the spare parts stock you need, please consider your
current installed base and hold a minimum quantity of recommended parts of 5%.

The 13” display panel is only available as part of a replacement kit and must be
used in conjunction with display loom ABR25-001288. Kit includes:
1 x 13.3” EDP Display Panel

1 x EDP Adapter PCB
1 x 30 Way Flat Cable
1 x Back Plate
2 x Nylon Spacer
2 x Nylon Screw
There are two display kits available; the kit to order depends on the display
loom in use. Choose from the following:
