Important Notice:

a. This merit list is absolutely provisional and is subject to correction/revision/amendment in case of any error, omission, lapse, mistake,
fraud or misrepresentation that occurs or is brought to the notice of University Authorities within due time.

b. Errors and omissions are accepted.

c. In case of any discrepancies, students are advised to contact NUMS within 48 hours of uploading merit list through email at
admissions.query@numspak.edu.pk. After that no complaint will be entertained.

d. Result awaiting / Delayed result candidates are highlighted red in color in Provisional Merit list.

e. 2 x Result Awaiting Applicants SNO 17 and 47 will not be offered admission until they upload their correct marks secured in
delayed/ awaiting HSSC/A level Result

f. In order to prepare Provisional Merit Lists and Provisional Selection Lists of Medical & Dental Colleges, it will be assumed that
the ‘delayed result candidates’ have 100 per cent marks in HSSC/equivalent exam. They will be placed with other candidates in
the colleges on the basis of their ‘provisional aggregate percentage’. It shall, however, in no way entitle those candidates with
delayed results to such a percentage and their admission in any medical or dental college shall only be determined on the basis
of their marks secured in the HSSC Special Examination or A-Level (November 2021 Series) Examination.

g. Final Merit List shall be determined on 10th February 2022 ONLY after the candidates who applied as “Result Awaited” and
upload their correct marks secured in delayed results of HSSC Special Examination/A-Level Final Examination (November 2021
Exam Series)/Improvers/Repeaters/Delayed Equivalency letters. Mention of their names in the First Provisional Merit List of
Medical/Dental Colleges is ABSOLUTELY PROVISIONAL. It shall in no way confer upon them any right to claim admission in any
college.

h. After submission of HSSC (Pre-Medical) Special Examination or A-Level (November 2021 Series) Examination results, actual
aggregate percentage will be calculated and applicant will either be re-adjusted in respective college or placed in the waiting list strictly as
per their merit, because his/her initial merit was not based on his/her actual marks obtained in HSSC (Pre-Medical) Special Examination or
A-Level (November 2021 Series) Examination rather it was, absolutely provisional.

i. If a student with a delayed result submits their result before 10th February 2022 and on calculation is higher in merit than the last student
on the admitted list, they shall be given admission and the provisional admission to the earlier student shall be cancelled. A student who
has paid the fee against a provisional admission shall have their fee refunded in full.

j. Confirmation of admission will be with subject to the scrutiny and verification of original identity, academic documents and AMC
Application Processing Fee Challan by the College/University.

k. The University shall cancel any provisional admission where the credentials of a student are found missing/ fake / not validated.

l. Candidates (With Result Announced) will report to NUMS Admission Office along with original identity, academic documents and AMC
Application Processing Fee Challan for collection of Admission Offer Letter and fee challan.

m. Provisionally selected candidate are advised to deposit their fee on or before Monday 3rd January 2022 by 1300 hrs.

n. In case of failure of depositing fee within due date as per PMC admission regulations his/her admission will be cancelled and the
next applicant on the waiting merit list will be offered admission in order to facilitate timely completion of admission process.
