conventional machines, exporting precision components to USA, Spain, Germany, Italy & Russia.

Qualification:
BE/Diploma – Mechanical, ITI – any stream. Freshers or less than 1 year experience

Training Program:

Inspection 1 week 8am-6pm
Induction
Planning & Dispatch 1 week 8am-6pm
CNC Machine Operation 1 week 8am-6pm
Hands on training Actual job - Inspection/Planning/CNC Operations 12 months 8am-8pm: 8pm-8am
Theory Various topics on Manufacturing 60 hours Alternate Saturday
Foundry, Sheet metal/Painting, Heat treatment,
Industrial visits 5 visits Full day
Machine manufacturer, Manufacturing shop

Stipend:
Duration BE Diploma ITI
First month Rs. 5000 Rs.5000 Rs.5000
Next 12 months (per month) Rs. 13000 Rs.12000 Rs.11000
Course completion- Ex gratia Rs. 16000 Rs.14000 Rs.12000

Facilities:
 Group Insurance / ESI as applicable.
 Lunch/Dinner/Refreshments
 Industrial shoes, Pair of uniform (after first month Training)
 1 day paid leave per completed working month (count starts from second month)
 Alternate Saturdays off (from 2nd month)
 Alternate Saturdays Theory classes / Industrial visits (from 2nd month)

 After the course completion, the candidate will be relieved.
 Unpunctuality & indiscipline may attract termination from the course
 Ex-gratia will not be paid if the 13 months course isn’t completed.
 Extra leave beyond permitted will attract pro rata stipend /ex-gratia deduction
 Candidate who wishes to discontinue the Course should pay one month stipend.
