2014 to Nov-2020)

makes 26 GW of low and medium-voltage frequency converters which are installed on wind turbines.)
 Previously worked with SUZLON Global services Ltd (form Aug-2007 to Aug-2014)
 One year worked as supervisor and service engineer in O&M department at HUBLI
ELECTRICALS (ENERCON GMBH,third party).
 Three years as contract junior engineer MT-subdivision BESCOM (KARNATAKA STATE
GOVERNMENT)

RESPONSIBILITIES of GE India industrial Pvt Ltd.

 Breakdown maintenance and continuous improvement activities of Electrical &

Instrumentation of 1.6 MW (DFIG) Turbines. Maintaining the turbine PLF, MA, GA, MTTR
&MTBF

 Knowledge of TIL Implementation activity’s (Main Bearing Grease purging, Tower flange
torqueing and BIM activity, Major components Baroscopic inspection, DTA IGBT coolant
replacement activity. Generator fan replacement etc)

 Knowledge of MCE activity like MB bearing replacement & Generator DE & NDE bearing
replacement and Generator Alignment activity. Generator & Gearbox Coupler replacement.

 Managing operation and controlling activities of 51.2 MW of electrical/mechanical

reports).

 Ensure and analyses hazards and risk assessment and making CAPA. & Maintain the Site
store activity and Turbine Major finding observation reporting and closing & Tools
calibrations.

 Maintain the reports sharing after activity of Blade inspections, Turbine maintenance &
checklist, Punch points and observation closed reports Internal Quality auditor for serviced
turbine.
