meeting held on 26.8.2021and duly approved by the Govt vide their letter No 17746 / SME
Dt 16.9.2021 in respect of continuous and comprehensive evaluation of students the
following clarification are made for the students, teachers and all concerned.
1. That reduced syllabus prescribed by the CHSE in each subject for the academic
session 2020-2i shall be the same syllabus for the session 2021-22. The question
pattern which was notified for Annual H.S Examinations 2021 shall be applicable to
Annual H.S Examination 2022.
2. The Quarter-end examinations and ltt year-end examination, maximum marks for
each such examinations, time to be allotted for each examination etc, are detailed in
table I and II below.

3. For ex-regular students coming under Old syllabus

 Such papers will be evaluated at the institute level. The marks obtained
by the
students will be preserved in a format by the H.S School and will also be
uploaded
to the Council database. The format and the link for uploading/capturing the
marks will be provided bY the CHSE.
lv. The year-end examination of class XII shall be conducted by the Council as usual
in the same format as Annual Higher Secondary Examinations are conducted by
it. The syllabus for the year-end examination will be the entire course prescribed
for class XII only.
V- The marks secured by students throughout his/her careel at Higher Secondary
level shall be recorded by the Higher Secondary School in the format to be
prescribed by the CHSE.
vl. In which the Annual H.S Examination cannot be held
case of any exigency, in
partly or wholly, the marks secured by the students in their term-
end/quarter-end examinations after due moderation may be taken
for
consideration for declaration of annual result. CHSE wilt decide the
modalities in this matter in appropriate time'
