- Data mining is more about gathering relevant information that allows you to discover new
information on what action to take from big sets of data. It is also the process that plays a big
role because it allows you to see what would be the possible outcome or the result during the
process. Finding the pattern within a big set of data just to predict the result it will take an
advantage for every business. Because it helps them to increase their revenue, improve what
needs to improve either service or the product itself, see the outcome, and cut off the cost or
