Does Russia-Ukraine increase or reduce likelihood of world war?

Nigerians as a possible target!

The recent events, upheavals and crises following the Russian invasion
of Ukraine may have caused us to think about the importance of history
in how nations conduct themselves. Irrespective of printed news, and
online news services, television, that have reported the incident since
the past few days we appeal to all Nigerians and all other interested
parties to give our exclusive report additional priority. 

The genesis of the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia has a long
history and it will be very difficult to focus on Russia as being ruthless.
In brief, the USA adopted a policy of ‘containment’ to prevent the spread
of communism while the Soviet Union came to believe the American
goal was world domination.

In these circumstances the ‘Grand Alliance’ of the USA, Great Britain,

France and the Soviet Union became a distant memory and conflict
between them dominated global politics ever since.  At early stages,
each side consolidated its hold over areas under its control. The USA
used the Marshall Plan and NATO to build its influence in Western
Europe and, in a separate but similar scheme, in Japan.
The Soviet Union tightened its grip on Eastern Europe, imposing Soviet-
style command economies and communist-dominated dictatorships.
Thus, in Military Intervention Both sides used military power to maintain
control. The USSR sanctioned armed repression in East Germany,
Poland and Hungary in the mid-50s and in Czechoslovakia in 1968. The
USA used force to establish pro-American governments in Iran and
Guatemala and assisted military and political dictatorships in Latin
America often through covert operations. 

However, by 1955, Russian bomb is equivalent to USA and ever since

then USSR has developed more sophisticated weapons, MIRV (multiple
independently targeted re-entry vehicles) by 1964 and ever since Russia
has continued to advance in nuclear arms race.

The main flashpoint is our appeal to the Nigeria Government to speed up

the evacuation of Nigerians from Ukraine and neighboring countries.
While we appeal to all Nigerians to reach out to all families’ friends and
relatives in different parts of eastern Europe and Ukraine to access their
safety. While all traveling plans to the zone should be stalled as a matter
of safety precaution.

We also appeal to other Supra nations and international community to

be diplomatic in handling of this delicate issue. We condemned the built
up armed struggle by NATO, while we remind the super allied forces of
the effect of escalating the conflicts. The Russians are ready to
consolidate their control and then used it as a base from which to
launch a series of coordinated offensives attacks against West should
there be direct intervention. In this regard, Russia is ready to launch
geographically scattered attacks with their armies in the northwest,
south and southeast. 

The possible repercussion of Russia utilizing Biometric weapons as

witnessed in Syria will be catastrophe. The effect of which may be a big
damage to human and ecosystem. We remind all faction parties that war
has never succeeded in maintaining peace. Be it as it may the supra
nations altogether should attempt to avoid the fight against spreading to
cumulate to ‘Third World War’. It is our recommendation that low-level
intervention should be adopted.
We understand the allied forces would have made it possible to raise
enough counter forces which at best may outnumbered Russia militia
men—to challenge any intervention. We report this authoritatively while
ignoring any other emanating news that the Russia federation is ready
to reinforced by the use of terror and intimidation, using the brutal
methods of the Cheka and adopt a development of missiles and concept
of pre-emptive strike targeting the economy stronghold base.

The likelihood use of biometric weapon is also imminent to supplement

the use of MAD (Weapon of Mass Destruction) such as the Red Terror.
Hence, to counter the experience of the military leaders in the ranks of
the Western forces armies. Therefore, greater possibility of casualties is
possible If nuclear weapons are used.

Our Projection 
The immediate possible outcome would be a growing number of
casualties of civilian people who will be seeking a better life away from
their countries of birth. These our team recognizes 100 million migrants
world-wide, including 37 million possible refugees and those fleeing
disaster zones to reside legally in Europe, mostly in the UK, Germany,
France and UK. This will be a great burden on dwindled economy of UK
in particular. 

We give advance warning that the UK should adopt the proposal of a

concept of viable fair alternative resolution to the illegitimate war
conflict between the two nations and the particularism of other nations.
The first two recent models corresponding to a pandemic where many
blacks suffered death and job losses, and the recent Omicron traveling
ban on Nigeria and other Sub Africa Countries are two major paradigms
of shifted aggression towards black integration. We are not the one
causing trouble but we are always the victims of any ugly residue.

We state that the responsibility for processing the application of

refugees from the war torn continent should not lead to the rejection of
black minority thereby causing trade-off to contracting parties in any
obligation to consider their present status. The UK and other European
countries should offer a responsible handling of the possible asylum
claim in accordance with reasonable national law. A responsible state is
one through which there is balancing of fair and reasonable exercise. 
We call on Continental "Republican of Africa" to conduct a one based
meeting on the strategic recognition and assessment of the situation on
a collective basis, that should be based on recognition of protecting the
black minorities and paradigm in softening the tension to maintain
World Peace. We based this on the recognition of collective rights of the
various ethnic minorities in possible advancement of the issue. Africa
should be proactive and not always be waiting until the last minutes.
