Introduction
Polycom Voice and Video Level 1 Technical materials offer a series of self-study modules to
assist with preparation for the following Polycom Level 1 Technical Assessments:
 Polycom Video Endpoints Technical Level 1 RPEEXOT104
 RealPresence Platform Technical Level 1 RPPEXOT104
 Polycom Voice Technical Level 1 VOPOT102
The modules which are recommended for each assessment will be listed in the assessment
blueprint, along with relevant eLearning and other recommended self-paced training.
The modules may also be be recommended pre-requisite for attendance at Level 2
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses. This is to ensure all participants attending the ILT
course arrive with the technical knowledge and solution understanding to maximize benefit
from the hands-on training.

How to use this training

It is recommended that the modules are read in the order listed below but for those
preparing for the RealPresence Environments and Voice Assessments it is not necessary to
read them all.
Refer to the blueprint for each assessment to determine the recommended modules.
