10) AGREEMENTS

3.) We agree to settle all payments on / before the due dates, or when the credit limit is reached

5.) Dayal Steel Suppliers LLC must be notified immediately in case of any change in the management/
authorization / persons to sign LPOs / authorized signatories to banks and any changes to the legal entity
6.) Any change in Legal Status/ Ownership/ Management of the company & other Address shall be
informed to thethe company
7.) We accept liability for all supplies made by Dayal Steel Supliers LLC against purchase orders /
delivery orders
8.) Dayal Steel Suppliers LLC reserves the right to suspend supply of material / amend the credit facility
granted without notice, according to the account performance
9.) Interest @ 12% p.a. will be charged on delayed payments
