TRAINING DOCUMENT (SETUP DOCUMENT)

1.STAND MOUNT
YOU MAY GET THE MOUNTING LOCATION ALREADY MARKED AT
YOUR BOOTH ROOM. IF NOT CHOOSE A MOUNTING LOCATION.

KEEP FOLLOWING THINGS IN MIND.

Ÿ IT SHOULD MOUNTED ABOVE “6 FEET HEIGHT”.
Ÿ CHOOSE A WALL OPPOSITE TO “POLLING PARTY” & “BALLET BOX”.
Ÿ POWER SHOULD BE REACHABLE AT LOCATION WITH THE HELP OF
“EXTENSION CABLE” & keep it continue running .
Ÿ Cover windows with paper or something which are in front of camera.

2.PUT A “CAMERA INSIDE STAND”.
Make sure wifi antenna connected to camera

3.PLUG A ROUTER (KEEP ROUTER ON CHARGE)

& SWITCH IT ON.
4.CONNECT “AMBICAM” WIFI
IN YOUR MOBILE,
PASSWORD – “ambicam123”
& check internet connection.

5.WHEN ROUTER IS UP START CAMERA

(POWER ON CAMERA).

6.OPEN “AMBICAM” APP

(CLICK ON “SKIP LOGIN”),
Choose Skip option to redirect
7.Operator Login Screen
Select STATE and enter your PHONE NUMBER to login
and get application access. If you haven't registered yet,
contact support to get register.

8.Camera List Screen(Search

Camera Screen)
- Get the listing of the camera which are available on
same network (ambicam)
- Setting gives the option to view camera location on
map, create hotspot
from application and use your phone as camera.

10.Local Camera Streaming screen

- User can view the video of camera in screen for CONTACT SUPPORT

placement of camera in booth.

- User can check status of live stream & status of SD
card.
 TROUBLE SHOOTING DOCUMENT
A.CANNOT SEE CAMERA VIEW IN APPLICATION?

1.CHECK THE CAMERA CHARGER LIGHT IS ON? (POWER AVAILABLE IN SOCKET)

2.PUT A FINGER ON CAMERA SENSOR & SEE IR GETS ON.

3.FIX IF ANY LOOSEN PLUG OR POWER ISSUES IDENTIFIED.

4.IF NOT WORKING, TRY WITHOUT EXTENSION CABLE.

 B.CAN SEE CAMERA VIEW BUT CAMERA IS NOT LIVE?

1.CHECK MI-FI DEVICE IS “ON” AND SHOWS SIGNAL.

2.MAKE SURE “ambicam” WI-FI IS AVAILABLE & YOUR

MOBILE IS CONNECTED WITH IT.

3.BROWSE SOMETHING & MAKE SURE INTERNET IS WORKING PROPERLY.

4.Incase of no network or poor network , use your SIM Card in MiFi OR

incase of router not working, use SIM card in your mobile an create
hotspot with name.

Password: ambicam123
 Offline Camera Recording
1.PUT A “CAMERA INSIDE STAND”.

2.WHEN ROUTER IS UP
START CAMERA
(POWER ON CAMERA
Check camera on
IR on).

4.USE YOUR MOBILE AND

CREATE HOTSPOT WITH NAME.
SSID: ambicam
Password: ambicam123

3.OPEN “AMBICAM” APP

(CLICK ON “SKIP LOGIN”),
Choose Skip option to redirect

Camera)
- Get the listing of the camera which are available on
same network (ambicam)
- Camera will be available with name IP CAMERA

6.Local Camera Streaming screen

- User can view the video of camera in screen for
placement of camera in booth.
- User can check status of live stream & status of SD
card.
