18 R: for example in messenger, there are times you talk to professionals, let’s say relatives or teachers
19 when u ask for something or even companies that u message, it isn’t really good to hear

25 generation would follow us would, uhm, be not aware of when to use it and when not to use it and or
26 how, uhm, the older people understand especially when uhm, boomers use social media.” [10]
