Health Safety and security

Since the pandemic happened like other company the nidec pass a mandate where all employees are
required to wear face mask inside the company there are also temperature check before they enter the
company. The company also comply to all the policy of the government in terms of health safety and
security of the employees they have fire exits fire extinguisher and fire prevention signage in their
hallways. The company provided protective gear whenever the employees are inside the workplace to
ensure their safety. They are wearing PPE like face mask googles face protection gloves and safety
shoes.

9. Outsourcing

The company practice outsourcing because they have agency, the company hired employees from the
agency, employees are not directly hired by the company.

10. Corporate Social responsibility

The environmental effort is present in the company the resource person mentioned that they have filter
in their drainage. The resource person also mention that their company is environmentally friendly
company where they are reducing environmental load that contributes to climate change or global
warming.

Aside from environmental effort the philanthropy is also present in the company they have a lot of
fundraising events they are also donating to the victim of typhoons and other natural disaster victim.

11. Maintenance

Under preventive maintenance the condition-based maintenance is present in the company they have a
regular checking of the facility. There are assign team to make a monitoring they are assigned to
monitors the condition of the asset of the company like building and other stuff that need to be
monitored. To ensure the quality of products they are implementing the preventive maintenance to
keep the machines in good state. They believe that if the machines are in good condition the can
produce quality products that’s why they are ensuring that all of the machines and things in the
company are in good condition to prevent also loss from their revenue.
