SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men By These Presents:

attest to be true, genuine and authentic), to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following:

1. To negotiate with, and obtain a loan from UNITED COCONUT PLANTERS BANK (the “BANK”) in the principal amount of not exceeding
(P ), Philippine Currency, (the “LOAN”), for the purpose of
, currently covered by Condominium/Transfer Certificate of Title No. subject
to such interest rate and other terms and conditions which my Attorney-In-Fact and BANK may agree upon;
2. Upon transfer of the following property in my name, to mortgage the same, including all improvements now existing and which will be constructed
thereon, in favor of the BANK to secure the full payment of the LOAN, which property is presently described as follows:

3. To pay the LOAN in cash, check or in any other manner as may be convenient and acceptable to my Attorney-in-Fact and the BANK;
4. To act as my resident process agent in the Philippines and to receive any and all demand letters, summons and other legal processes in the event the
LOAN becomes past due, including notices of any judicial and/or extra judicial action as well as any and all correspondence relative to the LOAN.
5. To do any and all acts, and to sign, execute and deliver to the BANK, Loan Agreement, Promissory Note, Real Estate Mortgage over the Properties
and any other agreements, documents, necessary to implement the foregoing authority, including renewals, amendments, extensions, and
re-availments thereof; and

6. To receive all documents pertaining to the LOAN, including the Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the Condominium/Transfer Certificate of Title issued in the
my/our name/s and the Release of Mortgage/Cancellation of Mortgagee’s Lien annotated in the title upon full
payment of the LOAN.

I hereby authorized the BANK to act upon this SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY until written notice of revocation is given to the BANK.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-in-Fact full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act required or necessary
to carry into effect the foregoing Special Power of Attorney, as Fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with the
full power of substitution, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney-in-fact or his/her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
