Dear Ms. H,

We are writing in behalf of our client Mr. BL, regarding the 20% of the subscribed
shares which he initially paid as a stockholder of Tagum Golden City, Inc.

It can be gleaned in the General Information Sheets (GIS) submitted to the SEC for the
years 2018 and 2019, that Mr. Li has contributed 20% of the subscribed shares in the
corporation. In the GIS for 2020, however, his name was not reflected anymore. Instead, a
certain MLC has taken his place in the list of stockholders.

In view of this, Mr. BL rightfully demands his reinstatement as one of stockholders, as

he has not withdrawn his shares in the corporation, nor was he removed for any legal grounds.
