INTRODUCTION

➢ Job is one of the important elements of people’s life. Their living


style and their social lives mostly depend on their jobs. Therefore, it
is necessary for every organization to have satisfied workforce.
➢ Job satisfaction is the positive and negative feelings of an employee
towards his job or it is the amount of happiness connected with the
job
➢ Job satisfaction is one part of life satisfaction.
➢ Job satisfaction surveys can produce positive, neutral or negative
results. If planned properly and administered, they will usually
produce a number of important benefits to employee and
management
Objective

 To study the satisfaction level of jobs in employees


 Various factors effecting in satisfaction of employees
 The importance of satisfaction in jobs
 When a problem rises ,the satisfaction survey allows management to
evaluate the actual response
 Other than pay and benefits ,how other factors influence in job
satisfaction .
 To identify the effectiveness in job satisfaction survey
Research Methodology

 The present study is descriptive in nature.


 Questionnaire is filled by 160 employees
