knowledgeable ideas same through with passion were we are seeking for the new, and
experiencing new ideas. ... Passion which is indispensable for learning and teaching
facilitates learning thorough desire and enthusiasm it creates. And we as a very Passionate,
responsible, and resourceful teachers we are transforming into someone's behinds limit that
creates effective learning environments endeavour that just to increase learning potentials of
our beloved students. Passion is on the basis of effective teaching. Some teachers
demonstrate their passion for teaching by trying new and creative approaches, through
which they seek to motivated students and to enhance learning. Innovative approaches also
may reignite the teacher's interest and enthusiasm for a subject that may be taught
repeatedly for many years. People who are so genuinely passionate about their work that
they are eager to collaborate, and to share their knowledge and experiences and create
fantastic and innovative outcomes. At this, we are fortunate to have built a team of stellar
individuals who internalize our core values of integrity, customer focus, continuous learning,
one team/one culture and accountability. We work hard to live by these values. For us, this is
our belief system in who we are, how we operate, and who we serve. These are the cultural
values that define us and that unite us.
Moreover, a passionate teacher is someone who is in love with a field of knowledge,
who is deeply involved with the issues that change our world and who is drawn to the
dilemmas and potentials of young people who come to class every day. ... Takes interest in
knowledge and ideas. Cares about students and respects them. Considering them as your

not criticising their students individuality but embracing them to transform this to a motivation
and encouragement. In addition, , passion is so important for us the teachers because it
forging strong relationships, not for only to our students, superiors but also to our nation, I
mean community. I as a passionate educators who loved teaching and dedicated to teach,
transform and mold my future students, will are surely able to affect virtually every aspect of
their lives, teaching them the important life lessons that will help them succeed beyond term
papers and standardized tests. It is not always easy to change a student's life, which is why
it takes a great teacher to do so.
In addition , we can easily nurture and sustain passion in teaching by means of always
making you think what makes you happy at any specific work. Always considered your
students and position as your happiness. Try something new, ask for supervision to your
superiors to improve and strengthen your weakness. Seek help or engagement of the
stakeholders or a group of individuals with an fulfilling interest in the success of mission—
delivering intended results and maintaining the viability of its products, services and
outcomes over time. The kind of engagement we are talking about here is different from
what both educators and external stakeholders might think of when pondering the notion of
parent and community engagement in schools. This is not merely about involvement in
social events, fund-raising efforts, or traditional involvement in activities such as parent
training, homework assistance, and general volunteering. We are talking about on-going
collaboration focused squarely on what schools are there for—student learning—and about
transparent dialog on the need that many schools face to improve student learning.
Beginning this dialog does not ensure a successful partnership.
Here are guidelines for engaging stakeholders:
The staff must take the lead to provide stakeholders the data and other information they
need to be productive partners around student achievement. Partnership activities must be
directly aligned with student achievement goals. Efforts must be collaborative and genuine.
There are meaningful roles for each party to play and these must be clearly articulated.
Information sharing must be transparent. Achievement data must be clear, accurate, and
meaningful. All parties must operate from common values and a common vision for student
achievement. All efforts must be mission-oriented and data driven. And in order for our
students and at the same time other members of school administrative it should be a safe,
supportive, and healthy climate conducive to learning is fundamental for all students.
There are short- and long-term consequences of an unsafe
school environment. The short-term consequences include an increase in absenteeism and
reduced: Student learning, self-efficacy, behavioural and attitudinal investment in schools
(lack of connectedness, Time doing homework, participation in school activities
The long-term consequences include:
Psychological and physical health problems, Disrupted educational and occupational
attainment, which will result in lower lifetime earnings.
On a other hand, to a safe environment, teachers must ensure an environment where
learning expectations are met with ample academic support. Further, the instructional
productivity of a classroom also depends on the effectiveness of supplemental academic
and social supports.
