    PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT (TOPIC -103)

    Philippine Government  
     is a unitary state under a democratic presidential representative and
    constitutional republic     where the President functions as both the head of state and
    the head of government of the country within a pluriform multi-party system.

    Philippine Constitution/ Saligang Batas ng Pilipinas is the supreme Law of the


    Republic of the Philippines.
