Shinichi Kudo is a high school detective who

sometimes works with the police to solve certain
cases. During the investigation, he is ambushed
and incapacitated by members of a crime
syndicate known as the Black Organization. In
an attempt to kill the young detective, they
forcibly ingest a dangerous experimental drug.
Description However, the drug turned him into a child rather
than killing him. Adopting the pseudonym
Conan Edogawa and keeping his true identity a
secret, Kudo lives with his childhood friend Ran
Mouri and his father Kogoro Mouri, who is a
private detective. Throughout the series, he
participates in cases handled by Kogoro.
