to an event you’re having. Make sure that you include all
the information below.

2. Ask how the person is
3. Introduce the event
4. Ask if the person can come.
5. Give more details about the event
6. Write about the next time you will meet.
7. Say goodbye.

A. Use the present continuous for future arrangements


B. Use going to for intentions and plans
C. Use linking words
D. Check your questions carefully. Did you invert the
subject and verb? Do you need to use do insertion?
