Subject: Request for Inter Lab transfer to CSIR IGIB, New Delhi

With due respect, I wish to inform you that I have joined CSIR CFTRI as Junior
Stenographer on 15.05.2019 and was posted in Establishment section. Since then. I have
been working with diligent and sincerity and will always be obliged to CFTRI for giving me
this opportunity to serve it.

But, I beg your pardon to state few lines for your kind and sympathetic consideration. Due to
some unavoidable circumstances, I want transfer to CSIR IGIB, New Delhi for following
reasons:

1. My mother and father are living alone at my ancestral village. Due to distant location
of CSIR CFTRI, age problem and proximity to our agricultural land they are not
willing to shift. Since, my father is marginal farmer I have to constantly support my
family financially. Further, for taking care of their health issues, I have to visit my
native often, which is entailing a burden on my financial resources. My transfer will
avoid a part of this burden as CSIR IGIB is nearest to my hometown.
2. Due to large distance between my native place and Mysore, it is almost impossible to
reach my home in emergency situations on time. Moreover, my brother has job
profile to serve anywhere in India. Also, after his marriage he is looking after his own
household.
3. In October 2020, I was married and my wife was pursuing her study. Due to ill health
of my mother, she has to leave her study between and has taken care of my family.
Being the only daughter of her family, she also has to take care of her parents at
native place. At present, my spouse is living with me but she is unable to adjust
herself to Mysore and is wanting to back for pursuing her studies. Transferring to
myself to IGIB will enable me to provide helping hand to her for looking after family
and continue her studies for better future.

For the above cited reasons, it is becoming hard for me to maintain balance between my
personal life and service to CSIR CFTRI. I shall remain grateful to CFTRI forever if you
sympathetically consider my case for transfer to CSIR IGIB on personal ground. A positive
line of confirmation will bring cheers to my already stressed life and will enable me to serve
CSIR with more zeal.
