Indicator Definition
This indicator can include both; estimates and survey data

corresponding to the proportion of individuals using the Internet;
based on results from national households surveys. The number should
reflect the total population of the country; or at least individuals of 5
years and older. If this number is not available (i.e. target population
reflects a more limited age group) an estimate for the entire population
should be produced. If this is not possible at this stage; the age group
reflected in the number (e.g. population aged 10+; population aged 15-
74) should be indicated in a note. If no survey data are available at all;
please provide an estimate specifying in detail the methodology that
has been applied to calculate the estimate.
