The assessment rubric that was used in grading the performance of the students is consists of five categories which includes Formation, Sequence of Steps, Beat,
Style, and Work Ethics. On the category of Formation, the students got a score of 9 out 10 which marks a range between proficient and excellent. The students were able to
carry out a great positioning for their performance although there are still some who are not much aware and are in need of assistance from their classmates and teacher in
transitioning to their next formation. Meanwhile, the students were able to score 10 out of 10 in their Sequence of Steps category whch marks as excellent. This is for the
reason that all of the students were able to demonstrate correct dance sequence through out their performance. In terms of the Beat category, the students were able to
obtain a core of 8 out of 10 which marks them as proficient. The students were able to perform their steps correctly. However, a perfect score was not given to them due to
fact that the students were not able to follow the beat of the song correctly at some point. On the other hand, the students were able to receive a score of 9 out of 10 on the
Style category which marks a range between proficient and excellent. The students were able to present a very stylish presentation with their moves and fashion although
there are times when students do not progress with their classsmates. Inspite of the category on Work Ethics, the students were able to earn a score of 10 out of 10 which
marks them as excellent. The students were able to express enthusiasm through their gestures and attitude in participating on the activity. Everyone was able to follow the
instructions and is solely focused on their performance. In conclusion, the students were able to have a total score of 46 out of 50 which indicates that the students were able
to excecute a very good performance although little improvements can be made.

Upon accomplishing the performance assessment, I realize that assessing student performance as well as creating a scoring rubric is not as easy as it may seem.
Assessments do not only serve as a representation of what the students were able to learn but at the same time, it also function as feedbacks on what needs to be improve
and what would work better. Grading through rubric gives us an insight that there are standards that should be met, and those standards can heavily affect us in which we
may apply them in life. Therefore, as teachers, we must assess students accordingly and with full honesty to allow our students in attaining the outcomes we expect them to
achieve and be holistically prepared for the incoming lessons to be tackled as well as in facing different challenges that they may encounter in life.
