c. Living in the city VS living in the countryside: In the event that, for
example, you consider that professional projection is the engine of your life
and that it is what makes you happiest, you must live in a big city because it
is where the big companies are and where you can train and grow better at
job level. In the event that contact with nature is an essential factor for you,
the city can generate a lot of stress and not make you happy, so your ideal
place will be the countryside. To decide if you want to live in the country or
in the city, the first thing you should do is get to know yourself well, and
know what it takes to be happy. Living in the city also entails breathing
higher levels of pollution than in the countryside, where the air is much
purer and beneficial to health. The population density is much higher in
cities than in the countryside. In the countryside there are fewer inhabitants
and they live more dispersed. Living in the country or in the city as we have
commented before depends on you and your way of being. We know that
both places have benefits, so if you are not sure, the ideal is to alternate both
places, for example, you can live in the city during the week, and try to
escape to the country on weekends, to disconnect from the routine, now at
the same time connect with nature and with yourself.
