We, Kirlampudi Sugar Mills Limited, glad to receive your offer letter under NDND special
OTS Scheme 2020-21 for the amount of Rs. 2,51,78,753.44/-.

As per your offer letter it is mentioned that OTS will be processed on Deposit of minimum 5%
of the OTS amount, it is agreed and we have already have an deposit of 10% of the OTS
amount with the one of the directors of the Company i.e Mam Himani Mohan G, savings
account with your bank branch of Sundar Nagar, Hyderabad, having account number
3074307741.

We are enclosing the authorisation letter from Mam Himani Mohan G, for the purpose of
Special OTS Scheme under NDND 2020-21 for the Rs. 26,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lacs
only).

We are in receipt of your mail dated 03-09-2020, wherein it is mentioned that
Here by we are forwarding the message received from our competent authority regarding your
compromise proposal under NDND special OTS scheme:

'' The OTS proposal for 251.78 lakhs stands REJECTED with an advise to pursue the customer
for submitting combined OTS proposal of M/s KSMILLS and M/s Cars Trust with Hyderabad
main branch''

We are surprised by your communication dated 03.09.2020 via mail and combining OTS
proposal of M/s KSMILLS and M/s Cars Trust, we (M/s KSMILLS) do not have any sister
concern or subsidiary or associates in such name (M/s Cars Trust ) and on verification of our
records and Company has not given any guarantee to the third party it is not justifiable for
you to combine both of them.
Inadvertently combineded the other account, please rectify your records accordingly.
Please refer your offer letter dated 09-06-2020, your categorically mentioned that M/s
KSMILLS dues to the bank are eligible for settlement under the said scheme, accordingly we
accepted and deposited initial 10% the OTS offered amount i.e Rs.2,51,78,753.44/- bank also
kept the amount under lien.

As per your Board approval order, on receipt of acceptance of our OTS offer letter by borrower
along with 5% down payment, the OTS proposal should be sanctioned with in 15 working
days of OTS Proposal but it is not done, but on expiry of 81 days bank has communicated with
REJECTION mail as mentioned above without knowing the facts and figures that of M/s Cars
Trust, whose management and what is the relation that it had with M/s KSMILLS is not
mentioned.
We once again, request to rectify the error and fasten our OTS scheme proposal as soon as
possible without further delay.
