MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement executed by and between:
The East Bayugan Central Elementary School, a public elementary institution, with the
office address of Purok 8, Taglatawan, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur, represented herein by its
school head, GERARD M. LOPEZ, herein after referred to as “DONEE”.

Mr. and Mrs. Ruperto Medidas, of Purok 8, Taglatawan, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur,
represented herein by its Representative, ENGR. RUPERTO MEDIDAS, herein referred to as
“STAKEHOLDERS”

WITNESSETH: That,
WHEREAS, with the 2021 Brigada Eskwela, Brigada Pabasa and Oplan Balik Eskwela,
Amending Thereby Deped Memorandum No. 048, s.2021 titled 2021 Brigada Eskwela Program
Implementing Guidelines, and Deped Memorandum No. 014, s. 2021 titled 2021 Oplan Balik
Eskwela, the DONEE acknowledges the need for parents in the opening of classes and Brigada
Eskwela 2021 and in the whole –year round.
WHEREAS, the stakeholders will voluntarily support and initiate by donating materials/
equipment/ or rendering services such as: cleaning, painting, repair, pruning.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual
covenants, agreements and stipulations hereafter set forth, the parties hereby agree jointly to
be partners in every Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela Programs;

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES

1. The DONEE shall:
1.1 Coordinate with the STAKEHOLDERS of the specification of funds and other
resources prior to its purchase so that the need of the school shall be complied;
1.2 Oversee the management, operation and maintenance of the facilities and other
resources and purchasing of other equipment donated to the school and ensure
that the same are utilized accordingly.

1.3 Oversee the management of the support given by the STAKEHOLDERS and
ensure that the same treated well and accommodated accordingly.

2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:

2.1 Coordinate with the DONEE on the specification of the facilities, equipment,
materials, services and other resources that the school needs;
2.2 Coordinate with the DONEE on the monetary or service support.
2.3 Purchase the needed materials and other resources for the school and donate
the same for every Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela;

II. EFFECTIVITY OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall take effect upon the beginning of 2021 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan
Balik Eskwela and is automatically extended should the 2021 Brigada Eskwela Oplan Balik
Eskwela is extended by government.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their respective signatures
