Sub: Recommendations of Demand Assessment Committee

A highly specialized course of One Year duration titled ‘Advanced Diploma in

Automotive Mechatronics’ (ADAM) is planned to start at GBPIT in coming
Academic session. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) document has been signed
between DTTE, Govt of Delhi and Mercedes-Benz India Ltd on 25/10/2017.

In view of the above and as these items are essential for conduct of ADAM course
efficiently, procurement action on priority may be considered. Accordingly
recommendations of Demand Assessment Committee is placed opposite at /C.

Further, if approved we may constitute a Technical Specification Committee & Cost

Estimation Committee with the following members:

estimation is made on the basis of web-search. Approximate cost of non-consumable
items recommended to be procured is around Rs. 1,90,000/- ( Rupees One lakh Ninety
Thousand only) . The recommendation of Technical Specification & Cost estimation

Further, if approved we may constitute a Purchase Committee with following

members to survey the market to ascertain the reasonableness of rate, quality &
