and producers. We have a total of 20 respondents, 10 for respondents that are considered as
consumers and 10 respondents which are producers, we have decided to consider online sellers as
our respondents as producers. Here are the results of the survey that we conducted through a
survey application which is the Formapp and we use Facebook messenger as a platform to reach
out to our chosen respondents.
1. As a consumer, what will you consider if your needed food product is not available in the
market on your scheduled purchased date?

For this question, the result chart shows that 50% of the respondents has
answered that they prefer to change their menu according to what product is available
in the market. And also the other 50% of the respondents prefers to proceed on online
purchasing as their option. This implies that the result came up having the same level of
perception in choosing changing of menu and online purchasing.
2. As a consumer, what is the biggest challenge when you purchase online?

already opened or unsealed?
Check the date of product being purchased and ask for receipt. Without
receipt, changing of product will not be done.
For
this
question, the result chart shows that 40% of the respondents handle a returned product
from a customer by assisting the costumer and ask them questions for product
replacement. And about the 30% of the respondents prefers to check the date of
product being purchased and ask for receipt and will not replace the product without it.
For the 20% of the respondents, they prefer to ask for the receipt and change the
product. And for the other 10% of the respondents, prefers to simply change and get
the returned product. This implies that the results came up that the responses has
different views on how to handle a returned product Though they have different views,
majority of them wants to assist the costumer and ask questions for replacement of the
product.

For this question, the result chart shows that 50% of the respondents
answered that bad return policies and lack of buyer warranties is the
problems that they can manageably avoid for their customers. And 30% of
them choose slow processing times, while the 10% respondents choose
having scarce information on the product sheet. Therefore, we conclude
that majority percentage of the respondents selected the bad return policies
and lack of buyer warranties as the problem that they can manageably
avoid for the sake of their customers.
