PREREQUISITES

Learners are assumed to:


 Have a PC with Microsoft office installed(any version)
 Master the basic use of a PC such as the use of keyboard, type a text, move the
mouse pointer etc

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

If you do well in this unit, you should be able to:


 Identify the names and functions of the PowerPoint interface.
 Create, edit, save, and print presentations.
 Format presentations.
 Add a graphic to a presentation.
 Create and manipulate simple slide shows with outlines and notes.
 Create slide presentations that include text, graphics, animation, and transitions.
 Use design layouts and templates for presentations.
 Create a PowerPoint presentation.
