In the video we can see some of the good things from his talk and one of the good side
of his speech is he was confident in front of the audience, the second thing is he uses gestures
that will attract more attentions of the audience, the last thing I observe that he was good
about his speech is he knows what he was talking about, he was aware of what kind of speech
he was presenting, I believe his speech was very informative and he was prepared for the
speech.

The things he needs to improve when he was delivering a speech is he needs to avoid on
walking around, and also he needs to control his emotion when he was delivering a speech.
