First of all, eggs packaging must ensure their
safe storage but also present the product
in an attractive way. Therefore, we attach
great weight to the structure of packaging
and its appearance, and for the production,
we use top-quality materials, ensuring high
translucency and the possibility to decorate
them using both a label and multi-colour
imprint.

THE SAFE CAST

Thanks to adjusted, stable cast of our
packaging, even so, delicate products as
eggs are well-secured - regardless of size
or the number of eggs. Our packaging has
a tested closing system, functioning without
any problems, both at the stage of packing
eggs by a producer and during the use by
a consumer at home.

For the production of packaging, we use
top-quality materials, which are capable of
ensuring product safety and comfort of use.
All materials used by us are ecological and
may be recycled in 100%.

In order to obtain perfect, the flawless product we create prototypes, and they are subject
to insightful laboratory tests. The standard in our work is maintaining the highest standards
concerning production, OSH and hygiene: ISO 9001:2015, BRC IoP, HACCP, GHP and GMP.

WE INVEST IN THE DEVELOPMENT

Our aim is looking for new solutions, improving our work performance and thus enhancing
the competitiveness of our Customers. The production of innovative, environmentally safe
packaging, for the production of which even 100% recycled materials will be used, is one of
the most crucial elements of our development strategy. Products will be distinguished, among
others, by: high temperature-resistance or reduced weight (foamed packaging).

WE’VE GOT EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL

The creation of packaging requires scrupulousness at every stage of production. Therefore, at
Marcato we watch over the entire process by ourselves: starting from designing, through doing
the casts, the production of foil, thermo-formation, ending with decoration - imprint or labelling.

WE LOOK AFTER THE ENVIRONMENT

We are aware of the responsibility for the environment in which we live. Therefore, our aim is
100% use of all raw materials used during production. It is possible thanks to effective processes
of separation, recycling and granulation.
