a) The passage lays emphasis on oneness and unity of Allah, which is the most
important belief of Muslims. All the things present in this universe are the creations of
Allah. Everything is busy in obedience of Allah's commands and nothing has any
authority on his own. The Holy Quran reminds us that all things are the signs of
Allah's existence and greatness. “Indeed in the creation of the heavens and the earth

* Revelation comeS i God's ituman Messengers either directly or through an
intermediary. In the case of an intermediary. itis the angel Gabriel who brings
the revelation. There are nwo ways that this occurs:
1, The angel would come tw him with a voive like the clanging of a bell. This is
the severest way revelation would come to the Messenger. Such a harsh sound
demands the full attention 9 the one being addressed with it, When the
revelation came in this manzcr, it was extremely demanding upon all of ihe
Messenger’s faculties.

The angel would come tw him in the form of a man. This was easier than the
previous way, since the form of the angelic Messenger was familiar to the
human Messenger and easier to relate to.
Both of these ways are mentioned by the Prophet in his answer to al-Haanth b.
Hishaam when he asked how the revelation came to him. God's Messenger

+ The revelations came to the Holy Prophet according to the differen events and
Fequirements of his community. Like Surah Kawthar was revealed when his
infant son died and Makkans were making of him by calling him Abtar. Surah
Duha was revealed after a break in revelation for the rest of the Prophet in
