The next screen will look like this: 
The first two options, SD 240p and SD 360p, are recommended for downloading to a
cell phone.

SD 540p is for a tablet.

HD 720p, HD 1080p and Original are recommended for downloading on a computer.  It

will take time to download depending on internet speed and computer space.  

Download it before your service so you know it is ready.
