Statement of COVID-19 Victimization

To
The Dean
Faculty of Architecture and Planning Thammasat University,
Rangsit Centre, Thailand
Dear Sir/Madam
I beg to state that I suffered from very high fever from 20 December to 25 December 2019. The
fever was very high and I could not wake up from my bed. on 21 December I went to TU
Hospital in the emergency unit and observing my situation the doctor first tested my COVID-19
and in the late afternoon, the doctor told me I am not infected by COVID-19 and gave me some
medicine to take and she also told me to take more test on 22 December very early morning. On
22 December I gave my blood and urine sample early more and in the afternoon and again I had
to give my blood sample because the 22 December morning sample test result showed my dengue
fever symptom. Therefore, she told me I need to take another test for confirmation of dengue
fever. On 22 December afternoon test result showed I was not suffering from dengue fever and
then the doctor gave me some medicine and I cured on 25th December 2019.

In the meantime, I heard that COVID-19 is spreading around Southeast Asia countries including
Thailand. Then I decided to leave Thailand and returned to my country on 6th January to keep me
safe from COVID-19. Currently, I stay at my house in my home country. Due to COVID-19, I
could not stay in Thailand, and as result; I was unable to make any appointments physically
present with my professor during this period which could help me in generating valuable ideas
and directions regarding my Ph.D. dissertation writing although virtually every moment she and I
were connected. Besides, I had to give extra money for the air ticket as well.

Best Regards
Yours sincerely
