Hermetic Door System

Hermetic automatic doors apply to hospital operation room and clean room where high
sealing requirements is must. IOAC hermetic doors have the higher performance than
Japan JIS and United States highest specification of grade two. And both positive pressure
(pressure increase) and negative pressure (pressure decrease) can show the same
performance. Microcomputer controller is combined with foot inductive switch or palm
inductive switch, health care personnel stretches his/her foot into induction box or puts
hand near to the sensor, automatic door will open. Non-contact switch mode is free from
being polluted.

REVOLVING DOOR

Revolving Door consists of two, three or four door wings rotate around a vertical axis
within a cylindrical enclosure. Normally, Revolving Door install at the commercial building
such as Hotel, Shopping mall and Office Tower to serve two main purposes:
❖ Acting as Airlock to avoid or decrease the loss of cooling or heating of the building.
❖ 2. Serve as Security purpose: restrict single person entry at a time, setting only allow
one way traffic to prevent people trespassing.

Standard Configuration:
1. Door Body: Special aluminum door profile.
2. Glass: door leaf and exhibition box are 6/8mm transparent tempered glasses, curved wall is 10mm
tempered glass (5 + 5mm arc safety laminated glass).
3. Drive device: two sets AC100- 240V, 50-60Hz, 0.2-0.6 KW.
4. Anti-interference device: function of preventing electromagnetic interference.
5. Central control computer: programmable logic control system, automatic and manual optional.
6. Speed control: the variable-frequency speed adjustment system ensures the door start, operate and
stop smoothly.
7. UPS control box: when electricity is failed, UPS will start the middle sliding door.
8. Sensor: infra-red (radar) motion sensors, vertical rubber sensor defend pinching at entrances, anti-
collision sensor at the bottom of door leaf, infra-red direct
9. Emergency stop button: installed on the upright column at the entrance
10. Electric magnetic lock setting: it can automatically lock the door.
11. Status and fault display: display correct code of revolving operation or fault code.
12. Central fire protection control device: the middle induction sliding door is connected with the fire alarm
in the building , it will open quickly in an emergency and become an evacuation access.

middle automatic sliding door, hold-open position, stop position of slow-down waiting, etc.
