Construction Manager – Civil. I am delighted & am looking

However, before we proceed further, I would like to discuss the

salary package offered.

Honestly, I feel there is room for an increase in the proposed

monthly salary. The proposed monthly salary is 10 % less than what
I am getting from my current employer.

As already mentioned at the time of the interview, I have 06 years

of experience with expertise in Construction Management skills
related to execution of foundation, substructure & superstructure of
Road Over Bridges, Major Bridges & Minor Bridges. Also, I have
knowledge of L&Ts Formwork system which will be a bonus point
for your company.

Looking at my previous experience, I am expecting permanent

employment with at least 5% hike from what I am getting from
my current employer. This is fair for the experience and skills I will
bring for your company.
