Jackie robinson was one of the best major league baseball players of all time, As a baseball

player he was a part of the Dodgers, he was also married with 3 kids and broke the color
barrier and helped martin luther king fun raise. In my opinion, support from decision
makers was the most important to Jackie Robinson's success.
My first reason to show success is that Branch Rickey commits to break the color barrier.
Branch Rickey stepped forward and said that Jackie was the right man for the job. He
supported himself by playing baseball. In the text it says,”Branch Rickey, president and
general of brooklyn Dodgers stepped forward, He was the right man for the job.
My second reason to show success is that they signed Jackie Robinson to the baseball
team. Branch Rickey tested Jackie to see if Jackie would hold back his anger, but Jackie held
his anger and Branch Rickey knew he chose the right man, And that's how Jackie became a
baseball player. In the text it says,”Branch Rickey knew he’d chosen the right man. He knew
that dad had both the self control and the courage to succeed.
The factor of success that was most important was in my opinion support for
decision makers. I believe if history did not have such defining moments, Human progress
wouldn't stop but instead may have taken.
