I highly recommend Dvora Dusowitz for any endeavor. As a recently retired Literacy
Coach/Staff Developer of Marine Park Junior High School I have had the pleasure to
know Ms. Dusowitz for almost 4 years. I had the great fortune of being assigned as her
mentor. Ms. Dusowitz was a natural educator from day one, which set her standards to
educate each and every student in her class. She was mindful of her student and went
above and beyond to represent the school. Immediately I realized that she possessed the
intelligence necessary to become an amazing teacher. She continues to grow every year.

Ms. Dusowitz is a skilled educator and has a great understanding of her content area. I
have witnessed her lessons on numerous occasions, and she actively engages students in
all aspects of her lessons/tasks. Her students enjoy her lessons and are willing to learn
and complete all tasks asked of them. She has a great rapport with her students, and it
was such a pleasure to watch her children learn.

The relationships Ms. Dusowitz has built are not limited to her students. She has quickly
assumed a leadership role in our school community. Creating, sharing, and implementing
unit plans, curriculum and lessons that easily segued into remote instruction. She
continually strives to contribute to her personal growth as well as her colleagues. She has
been instrumental in sharing scaffolded and differentiated lesson during remote learning.
She is constantly contributing lessons in which she saw success with her neediest
students. We are thankful to have Dvora on our ELA team.

Without hesitation I recommend Ms. Dusowitz and expect that she will succeed in any
role into which she is placed.
