• Inspection in equipment in order to available the product conformity with the international and costumer
standards request by the client and check the compliance with Brazilians regulatory standards (e.g. NR-13).
Participate with other class authorities as ABS and ASME inspector. Equipment with difficult weldability as
duplex and super duplex steel.
• Expediting for costumers with preparation of spreadsheets for production control, manufacturing status,
documents control, performed and planned control. Analysis the delivery schedule of the product according
with site necessities. Prepare corrective action plan with the supplier aiming reduction of delay on delivery
schedule.
• Technical document review as inspection test plan, tests procedures, manufacturing drawings, and non-
destructive tests procedures.
• Manufacturing inspection type "C" in pressure vessels (carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel) as per
ASME VIII;
• Manufacturing inspection type "C" metal structures (pipe rack) as AWS D1.1;
• Inspection of raw material and qualify certificate to boiler plates, pipes and piping connections (carbon,
stainless steels and alloy steel)
• Analysis of certificates of surface treatments (galvanizing, electrodeposited, and ceramic coatings);
• Analysis of technical documents related to welding (EPS, RQPS, RSQ, consumables);
• Analysis of reports NDT’s (WV, LP, MT, US e RT) and painting, (e.g. Dry film thickness, adhesion test, and
