Moreover, the situation of COVID-19 in the state of West Bengal & Uttar Pradesh was quite serious. There was are striction of the
movement of man, material & transportation throughout the state. Our factory was under the Containment Zone where the factory
was reopened with the minimum workforce and thus the fabrication was affected due to the non-availability of the trained
manpower from the village areas who had left for their hometown during the lockdown. Also, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium
Enterprises, Govt of India, augmenting supplies of oxygen for medical purpose only (Liquid Oxygen used in industry application
from all types of Welding to MS pipe/Plate cutting, is one of the basic components for the production) and requested" to spare
empty oxygen cylinders in your possession and hand these cylinders over to the local administration, so that the same are utilized
for supplying oxygen to Covid-19 patients".

As there were restrictions in the movement of the man, material & transportation in the whole country. The availability of material
was also very difficult. Also, Complete Lockdown was Started on15th April 2021 in West Bengal & Uttar Pradesh. West Bengal
Government has extended the COVID-19 complete lockdown in the state till July 14, 2021 with certain relaxations.
In addition, to there are also delays in the account of TPI which caused a delay in execution. Considering the above scenario, you
are requested to please allow a time extension of above mentioned Table, and delays of TPI should not be counted in our delays.
Furthermore, we will not seek any escalation in the account of extension.
