Early Childhood Education

than adults-in-the-making.”Quotes by Alfie Kohn. This maybe the root for the
problems in our generation right now, a proper education rights for all people. When
we graduate we feel the burden we carried in the school was everything, but its
actually not. It takes as to the way for a good will in the society. Things we learned
from school was to improving our own knowledge and awareness outside the world.

School are the place that can creates and maintaining inclusion and inclusiveness
in our environment these days. It is the basic where the learners (we count it the
students), can get a direct knowledge and awareness from the experts at a very young
age. So they didn’t have any barriers when they grow up as an adult, make them stay
with who they are, and not afraid about differences.

A supportive environment like class room can make the inclusivity. Respecting
friends from all backgrounds and cultures. They can be tolerance with learning
differences, and challenge them self to meet someone new. It makes all the student be
understanding that not everyone is the same. And if we can impliment inclusion
correctly, we can make all the student feel comfortable and supported in their second
home, school.

An inclusive school or classroom can only happen when the student feel safe and
comfortable enough to be part of the school community. This may happen through
discussion about our own abilities and backgrounds. A honest discussion also can
work when we can bravely discuss about our weakness. So this supportive
environment can make everyone feel valued and can embrace each others.

By providing a proper education in the early childhood, children can learn a basic
living for their whole life and also develop their knowledge, mental, emotional, and
the most important the can develope their individual identities. The positive impact of
early education is a proved fact. They are not afraid to show their real selves for their
followers/society. Their behavior does not vary whether they are in public or in
private. They are not afraid to make mistakes and look wrong.

Inclusion are the rights of everyone continue lives and embrace every people
regardless of race, age, gender, disability, religious and cultural beliefs and sexual
orientation. When we have true inclusion going on near us, especially in school
environment, we can remove all intolerance and discrimination or even all the barries
between everyone. we implement it right, we can make every single person feel
included and supported, whichever environment they are in. And when we can create
a supportive, respectful environment we can also promote diversity and equity at the
same time.
