Foreword
SOIL’s Career Management Services (CMS) strives to facilitate students in finding recruiters that fit their skill set. We
aid students in defining their career goals and try to fulfill their ambitions by providing them with the best available
employment resources. We are proud to have placed over 1300 graduates in the past through SOIL, across 300
companies in 22 different countries of the world.

Despite a slightly adverse macro environment this year, our valued base of recruiting organizations has continued to
repose its faith in our students. Plus, we have managed to add several new companies to this firm base. Our
students have been absorbed in all the key domains such as Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Human Resource

salary brackets that was achieved. Despite the effect of the COVID pandemic, our CMS team presented
excellent opportunities to our students by inviting marquee recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant, Mahindra
and many new age companies like Paytm, MG Motors, Canara HSBC, HONO. AI to provide a wide range
of career options for our PGPM students.

Despite the impact of COVID, SOIL witnessed a total of 39 companies visiting the campus thus far in this placement
season. IT & services lead the way with 24% of companies closely followed by Banking & consulting companies at
18% and 16% each. There were ample number of firms from the Logistics, Digital, Education & FMCG sectors
enabling.
