General Objective:
- Acquire and use information, skills, and attitudes through the nursing process in the
care of the mother, child, and adolescent, with an emphasis on health promotion,
prevention, and maintenance.
Specific Objectives:
At the end of three days of the first week of Related Learning Experience, I will be able
to:
1. Establish rapport with duty mates and my clinical instructor.
2. Formulate a nursing care plan based on the nursing problems that have been
prioritized.
3. Provide the patient with health-related education.
4. Create a Nursing Skill Output (NSO) based on the prioritized nursing
problems.
