I been to load of a restaurant of rapid food, I had the experience bad of to have an
accident in the arena of the lobby already that a customer fall Dows the stairs that come of
the infantile park of the local, in this opportunity the floor and had spill a beverage in that
area and the employee that was drying the floor wasn’t complying with the procedures
of security for hasn’t put the posters of attention wet floor and this way the customer
didn’t perceive that the floor was and offered the customer the help and called the
ambulance service, after that the customer is translated at near clinic and this way the
customer wait for employee that was drying the floor wasn’t complying with the
procedures of security for hasn’t put the posters of attention wet floor “attention wet
floor” and this way the customer didn’t perceive that the floor was humid , so that I had
that to have I was doing and offered the customer the help and called the ambulance
service, after that the customer is translated at near clinic and this way the customer wait
for to be attend because in the clinic didn’t want to attend without it emitted the pay of
gate, the customer was meet very annoying and with menaces of to demand to the
company the rapid food, for didn’t to comply with the procedures of security later
moments , it comes to and understanding with the administration of the company it’s
cancel to the customer the entrance to the clinic, where he’s notice fracture in the wrist
“arm”

Between the habit that it’s comply everyday, after of the succeeded, it’s that every
employed that meet in the lobby must to have every the tools of work and the
announcements of “attention wet floor” , and utilize it every time. In the plans that it will
consider to future, it’s that every employee be entranced to the company must to be
trained and prepared for that know to comply with his funtions, for that cases how the
occurred don´t sulled.

In case of that occur again, I will realize the carrying administrative before to traslate the
customer to a cling, for this way the customer don¨ t feel had attend, lent it the attention will
the ambulance of Rescarven already that we have convention with this company, and for last,
to realize look over of segurity with the employed for that every reinforce the knowledge of
security physics in the local.
