EASE OF ENTRY OF NEW FIRMS
 Current brands are already well-known and established.
 Permits, licenses and inspections are needed.
 Existing businesses already have cost and performance down.
Therefore, we conclude, that the ease of entry of new firms is low.
AVAILABILTY OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS
 Low switching costs.
 Easily and readily available substitutes.
 Consumers are looking for low price products.
Therefore, we conclude, that the availability of substitute products is
low.

RIVALRY AMONG EXTISTING FIRMS WITHIN THE INDUSTRY

 Slow industry growth.


 Substantial fixed cost/high exit barriers.
 There are well-known existing brand like Shawarma Shack.
Therefore, we conclude, the rivalry among existing firms within the
industry is high threat. The business must improve their business tactics in
marketing their business. They could offer promo such as buy 1 take 1.
