Extinguished - extinguishment is the destruction of a right or contract. If the subject of the contract
is destroyed (such as through merging the contract subject and the contract obligation), then the
contract may be made void.

Implication - An inference of something not directly declared, but arising from what is admitted or

Counsel is also a lawyer giving advice about a legal matter and representing clients in court

Commencing - commencing date means the date on which the Act comes into operation

Corresponding - corresponding law means any law in force in the contracting State corresponding to
any of the provisions of this Act or dealing with offences in that country corresponding to any of the
offences under this Act.

Appeal - A challenge to a previous legal determination. An appeal is directed towards a legal power
higher than the power making the challenged determination
