Job Title Accounts Assistant – Priyanka

Main Duties:

 Responsible for feeding of data in BUSY Software for all books related purchases.
 Assisting Accountant in TDS reports on monthly basis.

 Assisting Accountant in GST billing checking for both commercial and CSB on monthly basis.

 Responsible for Compilation of Courier bills (Fedex-International) and cross checking of the
same. Responsible for processing for corrective measures and claims if any.

 Responsible for correspondence for claims with courier companies in case of deviation in
invoices and shipping details.

 Ensure all given shipments are insured under the running scheme (as provided) with proper
Key documentation.
Responsibilities
 Responsible for keeping all bank reconciliation up to date with reference to all shipping bills and
invoice copies in regular/periodic discussion with reporting manager. Responsible for
processing for corrective measures if any.

 Responsible for making domestic refunding and ensure no backlog persists.

 Any other duties as and when directed by seniors/reporting managers.

Reporting:

 Report on no. of purchase feeded on daily basis.


 Report on BRC submitted/closed on weekly basis. Highlight if any deviation occurs.

 Consolidate summary on monthly basis.

 Reporting on insurance processed of Products on monthly basis.
