Standard Operating Procedure

SOP-HR: Probation Review

All employees are required to undergo a


probationary period of three months w.e.f.
DOJ

For Blue Collor Staff: After Completion of said period (above) a


prescribed format of probationary evaluation form shall be sent
by HRD to the HOD of the probationary employee for their inputs
and comments.

For Rest: HRD shall sent a prescribed KRA format for feedback of
the work of concern employee and employee shall self-assess and
sent it back to HRD within the stipulated time. After receiving the
assessed form, HRD shall forward the same to the concern HOD for
their inputs and comments.

Post comments of HOD, the form shall need to sign off by HR with her
comments- on discipline/punctuality/adherence to code of
conduct/training need

-If an employee needs improvement - If an employee satisfied the job role -If employee doesn’t

have any scope for improvement
