For Rest: HRD shall sent a prescribed KRA format for feedback of
the work of concern employee and employee shall self-assess and
sent it back to HRD within the stipulated time. After receiving the
assessed form, HRD shall forward the same to the concern HOD for
their inputs and comments.
Post comments of HOD, the form shall need to sign off by HR with her
comments- on discipline/punctuality/adherence to code of
conduct/training need
-If an employee needs improvement - If an employee satisfied the job role -If employee doesn’t
After getting the final copy of probation Review form with recommendations of HOD and HR
Comments, HRD shall prepare and share the letter accordingly for further acknowledgment
