After 9.0 pm no script will be accepted.

you agree with this statement? Justify this statement based on an example from Ready- made Garment (RMG) industry perspective.
3. Compensation practices of an organization should be linked with the business goal as
well as horizontally correlated with other dimensions of HR practices. Justify this statement with an example.
4. Understanding compensation professionals’ goals requires knowing the role of HR within
companies and specific HR practices, particularly how HR professionals fit into the corporate hierarchy and how the compensation function fits into HR departments. Do you agree? Justify with an example.
