LEARNING DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Fiscal Year 2021-2022

I. Introduction

Learning and Development (L&D) Program is a vital strategic initiative in the Department of Education to address an existing competency gap

or gaps that affect organization performance or develop competencies for a planned reform agenda. Thus, as stipulated in the Basic Education

Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), the DepEd Quezon District unceasingly supports the implementation of SDO-Quezon’s PPAs: CID LIGHTS

and SGOD-DUYOG; aligning our curriculum initiatives to improve instructions, even under distant education.

II. General Objectives

For SY 2021-2022, the Learning and Development Plan of Quezon District aims to:

A. Identify priority Programs, Projects, Activities needed by the District;

B. Craft annual action plans for each priority PPAs taking into consideration the division-initiated programs;

C. Monitor the school heads and stakeholders in the implementation of the priority PPAs; and

D. Provide Technical Assistance and Instructional Supervision to ensure quality on the delivery of PPAs.
